Legislative Fly-In
Share your story where decisions are made. At NFU’s Legislative Fly-In, farmers and ranchers come together in Washington, D.C., to speak directly with lawmakers and advocate for meaningful change.
Farmers Union members from across the country will gather in Washington, DC for the NFU’s Fall Legislative Fly-In from September 14-16, 2026.
Fly-in attendees will:
- Hear from U.S. Department of Agriculture officials about current events, opportunities, and other initiatives the department is undertaking.
- Meet with administration officials from across the federal government and with congressional leaders about important issues impacting their farm operations and communities.
- Visit with their members of Congress to highlight Farmers Union’s policy priorities and to discuss the challenges and issues they are facing back home.
- Gather with fellow family farmers and ranchers from across the country to learn from each other and advocate together.
