All-States Leadership Summit

Washington, D.C. | May 22-24, 2026

Registration for the 2026 All-States Leadership Summit closes at 11:59 PM EST on Friday, May 1.

The All-States Leadership Summit is NFU’s premier youth leadership development conference for college students and young adults across the country. Participants will grow their networks, learn from agricultural industry professionals, gain more insight into NFU’s advocacy process, and explore future career opportunities – all set against the background of the nation’s capital.

National Youth Advisory Council

Participants are also given the opportunity to run for and elect members to NFU’s National Youth Advisory Council (NYAC). Throughout the course of their year serving on the Council, NYAC members will attend the Fall Legislative Fly-In with their states, attend NFU’s Annual Convention, complete an additional leadership project of their choosing, and plan and lead the following year’s All-States Leadership Summit.

Testimonial

"Ultimately, the NFU All-States Leadership Summit is more than just a leadership training event; it’s a transformative experience. It’s a space where young people are not only taught to lead, but are empowered to lead right now. It’s a place where connections are made, ideas are exchanged, and futures are shaped."
