State or regional Farmers Union presidents or staff who coordinate arrangements for their delegations can find information on group room reservations, meeting room reservations, and group registrations on this page.
Hotel Information
Room rates at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside are $292/night for single and double occupancy, with a 16.75% tax rate plus a $3/night hotel occupancy tax. The triple occupancy rate is $322/night and the quad rate is $352/night. David Thews will make room reservations for NFU Board members (state presidents & NGARs), NYAC, and policy committee members; these will be on NFU’s master bill for room and tax. Each state or region is responsible for the rooming needs of their delegates and guests. The hotel’s room reservation deadline for individual room bookings is 5:00 p.m. Central time on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
If you’d prefer to make Individual room reservations for each of your participants or are making a group booking for fewer than 10 rooms, you may do so by following this Reservation Link.
If you would prefer to make your reservations by telephone, please call (800) 774-1500 and reference this information:
- Group code: NFU

If you need to make arrangements for a sub-block of rooms (sub-blocks are only allowed for 10 rooms or more) for your state or region within our larger room block, please contact Crystal Sorapuru (crystal.sorapuru@hilton.com) at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, and copy Peg Gullikson (peg@meetingandtravelpros.com) and Amanda Hietter (amanda@acrossthehorizontravel.com).
For these group reservations, please use this Hilton Rooming List Template spreadsheet. The rooming list deadline for any sub-blocks of 10 rooms or more is Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
If you would like to host a meeting or meal for your delegation, please fill out this Meeting Room Request Form by Wednesday, January 7, so we can plan for the space and catering. Any questions about sleeping room or meeting room reservations may be directed to David Thews (dthews@nfudc.org).
Convention Registration
Convention pre-registration is open through Tuesday, February 24, 2026; anyone wishing to register after that date will need to do so on-site at the convention and all registration fees will have increased by $50.
Individual convention attendees may register through the convention registration website; group registrations may also be completed through this site, though each attendee name will need to be input individually.
If you will be registering your convention delegation as a group, please feel free to use this 2025 NFU Convention Group Registration Template spreadsheet. For state presidents and designated delegates, please put $0 in the Registration Rate column. Any questions about convention registration may be directed to Caroline Pawl (cpawl@nfudc.org).
