If you are a convention coordinator for your state, below is all of the information for making group hotel and convention registrations.

Hotel Information

Room rates at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel are $239/night for single and double occupancy, plus 17.875% tax.  The triple occupancy rate is $259/night and the quad rate is $279/night.  David Thews will make room reservations for state presidents and policy committee members; these will be on NFU’s master bill for room and tax.  Each state or region is responsible for the rooming needs of their delegates and guests.  The hotel’s room reservation deadline is 5:00 p.m. Central time on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

If you need to make arrangements for a sub-block of rooms for your state or region within our larger room block, please contact Katie Brickman ([email protected]) at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel, and copy Peg Gullikson ([email protected]).

For these group reservations, please use this Omni Rooming List Template spreadsheet.  In the “Billing Instructions” column, please include one of these codes:

  • SRT – Room & tax to your master bill; individual pays own incidentals
  • SRTV – Room, tax, and parking valet to your master bill; individual pays own incidentals
  • IPO – Individual pays own bill for room, tax, and incidentals

If you would like to host a meeting or meal for your delegation, please fill out this Meeting Room Request Form by Wednesday, January 15, so we can plan for the space and catering.  Any questions about sleeping room or meeting room reservations may be directed to David Thews ([email protected]).

Convention Registration

Convention pre-registration is open through Thursday, February 27, 2025; anyone wishing to register after that date will need to do so on-site at the convention and all registration fees will have increased by $50.

Individual convention attendees may register through the convention registration website; group registrations may also be completed through this site, though each attendee name will need to be input individually. 

If you will be registering your convention delegation as a group, please feel free to use this 2025 NFU Convention Group Registration Template spreadsheet.  For state presidents and designated delegates, please put $0 in the Registration Rate column.  Any questions about convention registration may be directed to Caroline Pawl ([email protected]).

Please keep in mind that delegate certification is separate from and in addition to convention registration.  Delegate certification forms have been emailed to each state/regional Farmers Union president and office and are due by Thursday, February 27, 2025.
