Josh Stolzenburg is a beginning farmer in central Wisconsin and small business owner working with renewable energy with an emphasis in sustainable agriculture. The Sand Box is an ecologically designed farm focusing on perennial food production including apples, pears, plumbs, cherries, currants and aronia with the addition of pastured animals coming in the near future. Josh is active in his local and state Wisconsin Farmer’s Union as well as the sustainable agriculture and local food communities in WI.
