Daniel Waldvogle is a first generation high country grass farmer. Passion for improving access to fresh, honest food has guided Daniel into a career in agriculture. With a degree in music and a ten year performing career, Daniel has transitioned to a life in agriculture rather recently. He is currently enjoying his fourth year as the assistant manager and foreman for the Everett Ranch located in Salida, CO. The Everett Ranch is a fifth generation grass based cattle operation. They have recently added heritage pork, pastured poultry and compost to their outputs. Daniel is passionate about supporting a fledgling local food industry and hopes to open a meat processing and vegetable preservation shop in the coming year.
