NFU Summer Interns

NFU DC InternsIt’s been a busy summer at NFU and we’re very fortunate to have the assistance of five very capable, hard-working interns.

Mitch Fargen, Josh Tonsager and Andrew Schwarm are interning in NFU’s government relations office in Washington, D.C. Mitch attends South Dakota State University, where he will graduate with a double major in political science and business economics next May. Josh attends the University of South Dakota, where he is a junior majoring in poltical science and business economics. Andrew is from Illinois and attends the College of William and Mary, majoring in government and philosophy.

Karen Kiley is interning with the NFU communications department in Washington, D.C. She is a senior at the University of Maryland, majoring in broadcast journalism with a minor in government and politics.

Amanda Scheurer is the education department intern at NFU’s Denver office. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. with a bachelor’s degree in business communications and minor in psychology.
