National Youth Advisory Council
The National Youth Advisory Council is elected each year by their peers during the NFU All-States Leadership Camp. NYAC duties include representing Farmers Union youth at the NFU Convention, where they act as policy pages and make presentations to the entire convention body. These young Farmers Union leaders also help plan the next year’s NFU All-States Leadership Camp.
During the 2007 NFU All-States Leadership Camp, exactly half of the 80 young people ran for the eight coveted National Youth Advisory Council positions.
